What should I do if my order is delayed?

Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes!!! if you buy $50 or more, we provide free shipping
Eligible claims include:
- Damaged Items – Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Incorrect Orders – Wrong product, missing items, or incorrect quantities.
- Lost in Transit – If tracking shows delivered but the package was not received.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
- All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If items are deemed ineligible for return (e.g., opened, used, damaged, or not in original condition), MERAKI NAIL BAR will return the products to the customer as-is.
